i found these in a little shop in melbourne. they were sitting in the front
& i thought maybe i should grab a few. i love this project & i love the
art on each box.
i've been contemplating different methods of birth control for a while now.
what are some ways of birth control that you use? or plan on using?

mirena, the one that is good for up to 5 years. ;)
ReplyDeleteMy favourite method is not to control - though that doesn't seem to go down well with other members of this marriage!
ReplyDeletei know it doesnt really count but im with tully,
ReplyDeleteNO CONTROL.
it might just be my catholic up bringing coming out. who knows. ha.
there are a ton of natural ways to control though.

i don't know if they have mirena here in aus..isn't
ReplyDeletethat the plastic thing they stick in there? they
kind of have something like that here..its a little
chip they stick in your arm & it lasts for 3 years.
the thing that i've heard tho is that after you get
it taken out, it takes a while to have a baby. like
it takes time to make one & then keep the baby
inside you.
i'm really iffy on taking the pill or anything
that involves chemicals..only because i don't
want it to affect our future children. i took
so many meds when i was in high school and i'm
afraid its already put a bit of a risk there...
maybe condoms are the only go for us. except evan
doesn't like them. he likes the idea of mirena or
the chip. why isn't there one for guys?
There are actually plenty of treatments for guys, they just don't get talked about because culturally the pregnancy onus is still on the female not the male,
ReplyDeleteunfortunately,
just keep feeding him high estrogen foods, soy beans, licorice root.
worked for the japanese for centuries.
evan chowing down a slab of tofu for breakfast just to get his com-up-ins later on. hah.
