two weeks ago, ev & i went to sydney with some of our
favourites to see fleet foxes & beirut play in the opera house!!
it was such a good weekend! we drove up with henry & tuli
to our hostel, the billabong gardens, in newtown and met up
with adam & fi. we had dinner at this amaaaazing mexican
restaurant called baja cantina. it was soooo delicious &
authentic! ev & i were quite impressed! we love mexican &
its so difficult to come by the real stuff.
the day after fleet foxes hen, tul, adam, & fi went back to
canberra while ev & i met up with our stud muffin, nate stevo.
we also surprised him with a ticket to see beirut with us!

after wandering newtown a little bit more, kez joined
the gang & we went to an exhibition at the MCA called
'recorders'. it was really fun & interactive! if you have
the chance to go, do it, its freeeee!
eventually we met up with kat & found our seats to
see beirut perform! what an experience!!! this whole
weekend flew by with the breeze & i'm hoping we can
do it all again!!!

oh man, my family and i once stayed at the billabong gardens when i was just a kid. thats neat.
