one of my favourite fruits is mangoes. the other day, mom

& i were walking through the whole foods market & found 

these puppies. mom was pretty ecstatic about it. and now i

know why. these are champagne mangoes & they're so rich

& creamy! they have a thin pit & there's not too much of that

fibrous texture so you don't have to worry about it in your teeth

afterward. one of the best things about mangoes is that it can

double as a bowl. i love any fruit that can do this. such as oranges,

avocados, & dragonfruit. so buy some mangoes & have a go!
